There are a number of ways to stop the police from interrogating you.  One is simply to tell them that you no longer wish to answer their questions.  Another is to request a lawyer before any further questions are asked.

Last month, Sean Sykes of Kansas City came up with yet another way to stop the questioning.

He farted.

After police found him in a car with drugs and firearms, Sykes, 24, was brought to the Kansas City police station and interrogated.  The interviewing detective wrote in his notes that, when asked for his address, Sykes “leaned to one side and released a loud fart before answering.”  When Sykes “continued to be flatulent,” the officer wrote, “I ended the interview.”

Although Sykes was released, he was charged in federal court with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, as well as being a felon in possession of a firearm. I’m betting he won’t try that particular technique in court.
