Defective Products

When we buy something for our use, whether it’s a piece of furniture or a child’s toy or tires for our vehicle, we assume that the manufacturer has rigorously tested the product for safety.

Yet, every year, tens of thousands of people are seriously injured and sometimes killed by products that were poorly designed, improperly tested or defectively manufactured. If you have been injured by a defective product, you are entitled to compensation for all of your medical expenses, all of your lost wages, and all of your pain and suffering. There is never a charge for an initial consultation, and you may choose to hire Charlie on a contingency basis, meaning that you do not pay any legal fees unless and until you are fully compensated.

“We bought a brand-new recliner chair for our father after he came home from the hospital following some surgery. The very first time he used it, the chair collapsed, and he was back in the hospital with serious injuries. Charlie took our case,  hired an expert, discovered the defect, and promptly obtained a very good settlement from the manufacturer. We were glad to have him on our side.”
