I suppose I could blog about the Kavanaugh confirmation proceedings.  But why do that when I can discuss Paul Satchell instead?

Satchell — or, as he prefers to be called, “Mad Paul” — is a paraglider who has been tormenting beachgoers in southern England for the past two years by swooping low over their heads and bombarding them with invective. Following a series of complaints, the local constabulary is now investigating him for abusing the public and “generally behaving in an antisocial manner.” Satchell, 54, claims that the allegations are “lies,” and that his accusers are simply “jealous” of his freedom.

Besides, he adds, “If someone p—-s me off, I’m going to get aggressive.”
