The Supreme Court is the court of last resort. Supreme court appeals require familiarity with the unique and sometimes arcane rules governing appellate practice, extensive research and the ability to write an effective brief and to make a compelling case at oral argument. Charlie has argued and won before both the Vermont Supreme Court and the New Hampshire Supreme Court in both civil and criminal matters.

When the judge denied our motion to suppress, I was afraid that was the end of the story. It wasn’t. Charlie took the case to the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the court reversed the trial court’s decision. All the charges were dropped, and I got my life back. Charlie was fantastic!
