In view of the threat that the coronavirus epidemic poses, San Francisco has directed its residents to abide by a “shelter-in-place” order. Essentially, they are to stay home unless exigencies otherwise require it.  And all “non-essential” businesses are to be closed.

What’s an “essential” business?  The usual: Hospitals.  Food stores.  Pharmacies.

And marijuana dispensaries.

I am not making this up.

After all, how else is one going to pass the time cooped up with the family?
