It was been a very dry summer in these parts. Our grass is brown and we are now beginning to fret about whether our well might run dry.
But one upside to the drought is that stressed trees create kaleidoscopic fall colors. The reds are particularly vibrant this year.
This picture was taken yesterday on the Thetford Hill green. Unfortunately, COVID-19 will keep most of the leaf-peepers away. Aren’t you glad you can turn to this blog instead?
