Six months ago, Australia introduced a new $50 bill, which prominently featured Edith Cowan, the first female member of Parliament along with, in small print, an excerpt from her first speech in Parliament.  Since it was released, the treasury has printed 46 million new $50 bills.

There’s one small problem.

There’s a typo.

In the part of the quote that is supposed to read “It is a great responsibility to be the only woman here,” the word “responsibility” was spelled “responsiblty.”

The good news is that the bill is still legal tender.
