The K-8 school in neighboring Lyme, New Hampshire has shuttered its doors for the last several days because COVID has run rampant in both the student body and among the staff.

No problem, right? They can wear masks and learn remotely, right?

Wrong.

In its infinite wisdom, the New Hampshire legislature enacted a statute (signed by the governor) that prohibits schools from imposing mask mandates AND from conducting school remotely.

Sheesh.

Meanwhile, gentle reader, I may or may not be sporadic in my posts over the next week or so for reasons that I hope to explain in a timely fashion.
