Think YOU’RE stressed by the coronavirus pandemic?
According to this story on the website of Vermont’s CBS affiliate WCAX, Walden (Vt.) attorney Carrie Legas has apparently had it up to HERE with social distancing.
You see, last month, a small country store in that town posted a large wooden sign next to its maple creamee stand asking people to maintain social distancing.
That evidently made Attorney Legas unhappy.
At first, she tried to take down the sign. When an employee then tried to intercede, Legas pulled a loaded gun on her. Thankfully, no one was hurt. Legas was charged with reckless endangerment.
Meanwhile, after Legas did not respond to multiple requests from the Professional Responsibility Board, the Vermont Supreme Court suspended her license to practice law.
