Okay, this story is a little icky. Brace yourself.

Utah resident Caleb Woods was feeling a little peckish the other day, so he ordered some fries and a milkshake from Chil-Fil-A off of  GrubHub’s home delivery app.

After the food was delivered, he took a sip of the milkshake, and it tasted off. Well, a LOT off.  It wasn’t a milkshake. It was… um… urine.

It turns out that there were two styrofoam cups in the car, but the driver confused Woods’ milkshake for the cup that contained the urine. You see, the driver confessed that he clocks long hours and relieves himself in the car because he can’t take bathroom breaks.

Which doesn’t say a whole lot about working conditions at GrubHub.

And I’m not sure the company made any friends with its response to Woods’ complaint: The company refunded the $18 he shelled out for the food, but not the $7 delivery fee and tip.
