The Washington Post is keeping track of COVID infections across the country. And the paper has tabulated, state by state, the rolling average of daily reported cases per capita (which you can see from clicking here).

As of September 6th at 9:35 p.m. EDT, of the 12 states with the highest daily reported cases per capita, 11 voted for Trump last November. The outlier is Georgia.

Of the 17 states with the lowest daily reported cases per capita, 17 voted for Biden.

I’m not sure what this datum means, exactly, but it must mean something.
